Ceremony
We will be having an open ceremony just outside The Cove, in the grassy area with a lovely view overlooking Lake Kawana. There will be a small number of seats which will be reserved for close family and elders. After the ceremony there will be a short window for casual photos, followed by a dedicated period when the wedding party takes their formal shots. In the meantime, we’ll have a selection of light snacks, drinks and lawn games to keep everyone entertained.
Join us for a warm, open-hearted ceremony where our families come together to share in the joy—and maybe a few happy tears—of our special day. We'll gather at the lovely The Cove Sunshine Coast, 88 Sportsman Parade, Bokarina QLD 4575. We don’t have dress code, you can dress up or dress down, whatever makes you comfortable. The ceremony starts promptly at 3:00 PM. After we say “I do,” there’ll be a relaxed window for photos with the bride and groom before the wedding party take their formal photos.
Reception
The reception will be invite-only so that we can cater for everyone comfortably. Be ready for some lively games and special performances throughout the evening. Please let us know as early as possible about any dietary requirements or allergies you may have.
There will be no traditional Samoan proceedings at the end of the night.
